Yozo Office stores all documents in it’s native file format *.eio. This file extension supports worksheet, text document and presentation data allowing multiple document types to be stored and displayed in a single file. If you have used a Spreadsheet application, you are already familiar with the basic concept. A Spreadsheet stores multiple worksheets in a single file. Yozo Office uses the same principle, but in addition to multiple worksheets, Yozo Office can store multiple text documents and presentations in a single file which call a binder.



You are not forced to work in binders. A single document can be stored in a single binder, but the option of adding other documents is always available. You can also export a single document to other office file format, one at a time, or export all documents to a new document folder that the individual documents contained in the original binder.
