Using the Paste Link command in Yozo Office, worksheet, text document and presentation data contained in the same or different binders, can be inserted in other documents and updated in real time. If you change the formatting or contents of a table, cell, heading or slide these changes will automatically update in all linked worksheets, reports and presentations.
It is as easy as Cut and Paste and as simple as 1, 2, 3…
* First select the data you want to Paste Link. This can be a worksheet table or cell, cell range, document table or text or a slide or slide placeholder.
* Copy that object to the clipboard by using the command Edit > Copy.
* On the Standard Toolbar select the Paste Link Icon.Copied data will now be Paste Linked into the active document.
What this means is that Yozo Office maintains a link between the source data and the copied data in the target document. When changes to the source data are made these changes will be automatically updated in the target document.
