Unlike other Office Suites, Yozo Office is not a collection of programs that have been forced to work together. Yozo Office is one program that allows you to move seamlessly among text documents, worksheets and presentations these three applications. All applications share the same user interface. Commands not associated with a particular document type do not appear if they have no function in that document. Yet all documents share the same file and data structure in their native *.eio file format.
Things that you can do in Yozo Office that are more difficult in other less integrated programs.

* Work in Multiple Windows. Yozo Office features an integrated user interface for all applications. One click and you are editing a text document, click again and you can be working in a spreadsheet, click once more and you are in a presentation. Switching between multiple documents is fast and painless even on older machines since Yozo Office is one program without the bloated code associated with Open Office and Microsoft Office.
* Link Data Between Documents as Easily as You Cut and Paste. Charts, graphs, text, slides, worksheet cells or complete tables can all be Paste Link to other documents in the same or different binder with just one click. When changes to your source data are made linked data in other documents update automatically.
* Link to live documents in a running presentation. Edit those documents and continue with the presentation with your edits updated in future slides.
* Store worksheets, text documents and presentations in a single binder. Store all documents related to a single project in a single binder. When you go to e-mail this project you need only send a single file. Yozo Office file format is based on integration and management of documents. Integrated file is named as Binder, which is equivalent to the concept of a folder, and it can contain various different documents (text documents, worksheets, presentations) and these documents are grouped in one integrated file. Postfix is「.eio」.

* Insert a variety of elements into the document. .You can insert pictures, audio and video files, also different documents into the spreadsheet cells, text documents or slides.

Navigation Panel shows clearly all the open integrated files names and all the unhidden application documents names contained in these integrated files. It looks like a tree structure. It is very convenient for you to find and manage application documents or integrated files here. Left-click a document name, you can rename, delete, hide, export or close the document. If left-click an application name (Worksheets, Text Documents, Presentations) , you can create a new spreadsheet, text document or presentation, also you can hide or unhide any documents.
